These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us (Enderbury's Outfitters Ltd) and you (The Customer). They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.
By accessing and using this Website, and its products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are subject to changes and modifications from time to time. Any changes will take effect on the date to which they are posted on this Website. You should, therefore, check the Terms and Conditions before placing subsequent orders.
We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of the Terms and Conditions.
Our Site is owned and operated by Enderbury's Outfitters Ltd, a limited company registered in England under company number 15077002, whose trading address is 9 High Street, Oakham, Rutland. LE15 6AH.
We are not Vat registered currently.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any viruses or other technically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs or data as a result of your use of this Website or of your downloading of any content posted on it, or any website linked to it.
REGISTRATION
When placing an order on this Website, you are required to register with Enderbury's Outfitters Ltd. You must supply accurate and complete personal details. Should any of your registration information change, you must notify us immediately and change your details using the My Account section of this Website, when signing in.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password, and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account username and password.
We reserve the right to refuse access to this Website, terminate accounts, remove and edit content, or cancel orders at any time and for any reason.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
To order goods on this Website, you must be 18 years old and over.
When purchasing goods on this Website, your order is sent directly to our secure till in our shop for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item(s). We will aim to do this next working day for all orders into our shop (Tuesday - Friday 9.30am-3.30pm, excluding bank holidays and we are closed on Sundays and Mondays) orders placed after Friday 3.30pm will be processed the following Tuesday.
AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, we may be out of certain items and waiting for delivery. We will inform you by e-mail if this situation occurs.
We shall endeavour to supply any and all items ordered. However, we reserve the right not to supply any or all items ordered by a Customer if the same are not available.
PAYMENT
On placing an order, you are required to provide payment details. When placing an order you confirm that all payment details provided by you are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit/debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods and delivery.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
When placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order. It is a confirmation that we have received it.
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.
Until you receive the confirmation e-mail of the products dispatched, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of an order is only possible prior to the item(s) being dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please telephone 01572 510133.
As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns policy this can be found under any item on our site under information.
PRICING
Prices shown on this Website are in GBP. The Delivery charge is an additional cost. Please refer to the delivery information for further details.
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are correct; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel an order under this circumstance, and if you have already paid for the item, you will receive a full refund.
Prices displayed on this Website apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchased in-store or by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website at any point.
DISCOUNTS
From time to time, Enderbury's Outfitters Ltd may offer price reductions and promotions. These price reductions or promotions are valid for the stated time period only. After the promotional period has expired, the products involved will revert back to their full price. Once an item has been purchased at either full or discounted price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked down in the future.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for a limited time. The voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher ( always 12 months from purchase )
The Enderbury's Outfitters gift voucher can be redeemed in-store only as part or full payment of goods. We currently do not have the ability to process gift vouchers online.
Protect this voucher and treat it as cash. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, specifications and dimensions of products on this website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
We may, from time to time, vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on this Website without prior notice.
